Conference lectured by Dr. Rigoberta Menchú, 1992 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. Her fight for the respect of the Indigenes rights was recognized when she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1992. Mrs Menchú Tum is a UN Goodwill Ambassador and was also attributed the Prize Prix Príncipe de Asturias de Cooperation Internacionale. Now, she is the President of the Rigoberta Menchu Tum Foundation and manages projects in education, production and infrastructures for the disadvantaged.

Rigoberta Menchu Tum shares her stories and exchanges her point of view on Human rights and dignity with Thubten Wanchen, the Tibet house representative in Barcelona, who exposes the critical tibetan situation.
