Hi, I’m planning on cooking a big feast for family and friends and when I invite people to come over, I enjoy using local and seasonal ingredients.
From pumpkin salads to veggies stews, sweet potato chips and other locally grown delicacies!
I encourage everyone for this Thanksgiving to use at least half of local products to cook their feast!
It is good for the environment as well as for the local economy!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
