Join us as we follow the ship-based journey of 65 international students, aged 13-20, as well as a team of 30 scientists, polar experts, educators, artists and environmentalists while they explore southern Baffin Island, Nunavut and the northern reaches of Nunavik. Students on Ice - Youth Expedition 2008 is one of the most exciting and important contributions to the International Polar Year, and one of the most comprehensive youth expeditions ever undertaken!
